Learning Agreement for participants aged 18 and under

All children/young people under the age of 18 must have parental permission to participate in online training or conferences.

By purchasing this product, you agree to the following learning agreement and terms of service for yourself (and your group of students, if applicable).: 

• All participants will be appropriately dressed for the activity 
• Specify what locations for webcams are acceptable or unacceptable (EG: stipulate that they must be in a communal space like a living room - rather than a bedroom, must have a door open, and that children under 12 must have an adult present etc)
• Specify clearly that an instructor will not be alone 1-2-1 online with child
• Make clear that all the same safeguarding policies apply as would in an in-person environment: appropriate language and behaviour etc.

Leader for Life Certification™ Program

The Leader for Life Certification is a 12 month athlete-focused leadership program to help drive your high performance in all areas of your life!

Who is this program suitable for?

This course is suitable for young athletes in any sport from novice to elite, who want to gain confidence and work on their own personal development, especially as it relates to their role in their team and their potential future journey in life. Recommended age 14-24.

This program can be particularly beneficial for junior coaches (or aspiring ones) as they switch gears from being passive to being active in their sport(s).

The Leader for Life Certification program is open to anyone in the world. Additionally, we are an Approved Activity Provider (AAP) for your Duke of Edinburgh Award Skill sections! If this applies to you, please select that option at the check-out and complete the Duke of Edinburgh information module once inside the course. 

What you will get:

  • Full year access to the private L3: Lead, Love, Legacy community. This is a GOLD MINE of tips, tools, lessons, and leadership, and also where you'll get much of the training for your certification assessments. 
  • Video lessons covering many different aspects of what makes a great leader. From working out your “why?”, to building confidence, to encouraging others, and giving back to the communities around you.
  • PDF Downloads to apply lessons to your individual circumstances and make the course your own.

  • Webinars reacting to current events and the impact of leadership actions
  • Interviews Aly & Andrea, authors of this course, frequently interview prominent figures in youth sports to discuss what leadership growth looks like in their field. Learn how to apply these strategies in your own life! 
  • A full year of access to the Leader for Life Certification™ Portal. Here you will find all the "instructions" each month to keep you on pace. You'll come here to download your PDF for the month which shows you what you're learning and what you'll be doing for your monthly "check-ins" and assessments. There's a video each month to guide you on what you're working on that month. This is also where there's space for community with others in the program, you can leave comments, ask questions, and more.
  • Three certification assessments where you can achieve your Bronze, Silver and Gold levels (available after 3, 6, and 12 months respectively).
  • Monthly Check-Ins on non-assessment months to check-in with your progress and keep you on track towards your goal
  • Easy access on your computer or on your phone via the Kajabi app, available on IOS or android.
  • Participants who successfully complete the full program and achieve the Gold level certification get rewarded! These participants earn themselves one additional year access to the L3: Lead, Love, Legacy community, free of charge.
